The Yellowjackets (7-3, 6-1) scored 20 first-quarter points and added 10 points in the second quarter on the way to claiming the win. After Stephenville took a 37-0 lead, early in the third period, Crowley (3-7, 3-4) got on the scoreboard with a 94-yard run by Chris Allen. Aaron Jones added the extra point, cutting the lead to 37-7. Eagles quarterback Andre Dean scored on a 59-yard run to make it 37-13, but Stephenville added a touchdown early in the fourth quarter. Dean rounded out the scoring with a 68-yard run midway through the fourth period. Crowley ran for 295 yards on 39 carries, with Allen leading the way with 135 yards on 13 carries. Dean finished with 122 rushing yards on 17 attempts.
