Granbury 7
North Crowley 4
With the game tied entering the seventh inning April 22, Granbury exploded for four runs on their way to a 7-4 road victory over North Crowley.
While Granbury’s overall record remains below .500 at 14-16, the win put their District 4-5A record at 8-7.
The Panthers fell to 3-12 in district and 8-20 overall.
There were offensive fireworks from both teams, as North Crowley catcher Austin Piercefield and Granbury first baseman Jonathan Morris each hit home runs.
